5S Slimming Pills
Published On September 3, 2017
5S Slimming Pills are weight loss supplements that are the latest version of an older formulation from the same South African manufacturer. The old version was called 4S Slimming Pills. This new version has an altered formula and it is now marketed on the official website as a 100 percent “natural and effective fat burners.” The marketing for these pills state that they cause the user’s body to burn more fat by boosting his or her metabolism. At the same time, it’s also supposed to produce an appetite suppressing effect.
While 5S Slimming Pills are supposed to be powerful, the official site also calls them quite safe. That said, at the time this review was written, no effort appears to have been made to provide visitors to the site with a list of the ingredients that make up the product. This was the same back when the product was called 4S Slimming Pills, as the manufacturer didn’t identify the ingredients at that time, either.
It is a shame that the company didn’t make that effort either to let people see what is in the current products or compare with the previous version. It makes it very difficult for a consumer to be able to inform him or herself. Without knowing what is in a product, a dieter can’t know whether or not a product contains a known allergen for that individual. It also means that the ingredients can’t be checked against various studies to see if they have evidence to support the claims. It can also be dangerous because it means a person can’t know if there’s an ingredient in the product that should not be used with certain medical conditions, medications or other supplements.
Reputable manufacturers are normally quite open about their formulas and other information about their products. They will also often cite peer reviewed, published research to support each ingredient they have worked into their formulas. The fact that this step was not taken for 5S Slimming Pills and does not appear to be the habit of this manufacturer does not reflect well on its intentions to provide consumers with the best possible options.
This alone should be seen as a red flag by many consumers. That said, it’s not the only red flag to consider when it comes to the limited information provided. Another issue worth pointing out is that the marketing for this pill suggests that because this formula is made of only natural ingredients, this means that it’s automatically safe. There are many natural ingredients that can cause side effects, interactions or simply act as toxins. Just because something is natural, it doesn’t make it safe. The key is to find the right natural ingredients used in the right quantities in order to make it safe.
