Synedrex

Published On May 22, 2021
Synedrex is a non-prescription weight loss supplements that claims to use thermogenesis to help dieters to lose weight more quickly and easily. This means that its ingredients are designed to increase the temperature of the user’s body so that calories from consumed foods will be burned off as heat instead of being stored as fat. That said, this claim is a very common one among products within these categories. Before purchasing this or any other over the counter diet pill, it is a good idea to look into its ingredients to find out whether or not it is possible for you to achieve the claimed results.

Synedrex Customer Reviews

When looking at customer reviews, they are predominantly positive. Moreover, the price of the product is listed as quite competitive on third party websites and online marketplaces. This product has been on the market for many years and has always been available on the official Metabolic Nutrition website, while it has stayed on the shelves of certain other online marketplaces and has gone on and off the shelves at others. At the same time, among the customers who expressed dissatisfaction with the product, it should be noted that there were some serious problems identified. For example, it was pointed out that some of the ingredients are considered to be controversial in terms of their effectiveness and even their safety, and many people experienced various forms of side effects from using this product.

Synedrex Ingredients

The ingredients in Synedrex have changed over the years.  According to the manufacturers of Synedrex, Metabolic Nutrition, the active ingredients in this product’s Extreme Stimulant Weight Loss Solution Proprietary Blend at the time this review was updated are:
  • Caffeine anhydrous
  • Eria Jarensis Extract
  • Grains of Paradise
  • Bitter Orange (Citrus aurantium) Extract (standardized for N-Methyltyramine, Octopamine, Synephrine)
  • Yohimbine HCl
  • Higenamine (Norcoclaurine)
  • Hordenine
  • Huperzine A
  • Naringin
  • N-Methylphenethylamine
  • L-Dopa (standardized 99%)
  • Poly-Thyronine
The first thing that should be pointed out is that many of these ingredients are stimulants. This makes it very clear why so many people have experienced side effects and reported them in their reviews. Large quantities of stimulants are associated with unwanted effects that range from headaches, jitters, and sleeplessness to anxiety, heart palpitations and increased blood pressure. Furthermore, the combination of many different stimulants means that there is a higher risk of side effects than if one or two had been selected in a reasonable amount. Because of this, it would be difficult to recommend Synedrex under any circumstances, regardless of whether or not it could actually lead to weight loss.
